Background
Lesley spent
part of her childhood in India, the majority of her life in England, and
finally has settled in the Brecon Beacons to work as a Printmaker. She
initially qualified as a graphic designer, and ran a successful design
company with her husband for many years in Cambridgeshire. She recently
obtained a BA (Hons) degree in Printmaking at Cambridge and Cardiff.
Artist's Statement
Much of
Lesley's work has reflected her time in India, but now it is in response
to the grandeur and silent dynamism of the elements of landscape she
finds around her.
